Why it exists
OverviewThe problem
Every jersey shop does the same thing: retype names into CorelDRAW, build each number separately, size them by eye, drag the blocks onto the film by hand, export and hope nothing overlaps, then match names to numbers at the press. Seven steps, and a hundred players costs two and a half hours.
What JerseyFactory-DTF does
Paste the roster or import the spreadsheet, pick a sport preset, export the gang sheet. The same hundred players takes two minutes. It is not a design application: it converts player information into print-ready output, quickly and consistently.
What it does

Style system
Font, height, width, fill, outline colour and stroke width, set independently for names and numbers. Inches, cm, mm, px or pt.
Projects and presets
Save, reopen, autosave. Sport presets for cricket, football and kabaddi, so the third order of the week takes no decisions.
Gang sheets
22", 24" and 30" film. Pair or separate mode, production IDs and material usage, nested automatically.
Licensing with no licence server
Keys are ECDSA-signed and bound to the machine. The app carries only the public half, so it can verify a key but never forge one, and the product name is inside the signed payload, so a Jersey Factory Pro key cannot be relabelled into a DTF key.
Updates you can trust
The update manifest is signed with the same key. Someone who took over the GitHub account still could not point you at a malicious download.

FAQIs this a design tool?
No, and deliberately so. It converts player information into print-ready output. It is built for the press floor, not the design studio.
How long does a hundred-player order take?
About two minutes, against roughly two and a half hours of manual work in a design suite.
Why does Windows warn me when I install it?
The installer is not code-signed yet. SmartScreen warns about any unsigned installer regardless of what is inside it. Choose More info, then Run anyway. A certificate is on the list.
How does licensing work if there is no server?
Your key is signed with a private key that never leaves my machine and is bound to your hardware. The app only carries the public half, so it can check a key but never mint one. Moving to a new PC issues a signed deactivation code, so you are never locked out of your own licence.
