Most likely you are installing JerseyFactory-DTF, which is not code-signed yet. SmartScreen warns about any unsigned installer regardless of what is inside it: choose More info, then Run anyway. Vault X is the exception, because it comes through the Microsoft Store and Microsoft signs the package. A certificate for the direct downloads is on the list.

Which products can I actually get right now?

Three. Vault X, free on the Microsoft Store. JerseyFactory-DTF, a paid licence, downloaded direct. Jersey Factory Pro, a subscription licence. DevStation, Veldora, Pulse Studio and DiskScope are built but not released, and each one's page says exactly what is holding it up.

Do I need an account for any of this?

No. None of the products have accounts, because none of them have servers. That also means there is no password to reset. The paid products use an offline licence key instead, which is checked on your own machine.

I forgot my Vault X PIN. What now?

Restore with the 12-word recovery phrase you saved when you created the vault. If you have neither the PIN nor the phrase, the data cannot be recovered: not by you, and not by us. That is the design working as intended, not a bug.

Veldora will not start, or runs very slowly.

Veldora needs an NVIDIA GPU with CUDA; 8 GB of VRAM is comfortable. On first launch it reads your GPU, VRAM, RAM, cores and free disk and recommends model sizes that will actually fit. Take its recommendation: smaller models trade some accuracy for a large speed gain. Note that Veldora is not released yet, so if you have it, you built it.

DiskScope wants to clean something. Is it safe?

DiskScope never issues a delete. Items move to the Recycle Bin behind a written plan, undo restores every path it touched for 30 days, and anything it is unsure about is rated Review rather than Safe. Catastrophic paths are refused outright by the backend.

How do I back up my data?

Everything is a local file. For DevStation, copy %APPDATA%\com.devstation.app\. For Vault X, use an encrypted .vault backup. There is no cloud copy to fall back on, which is the point, so keep one.

I need to move my licence to a new PC.

Licence keys are bound to the machine, so click Deactivate on the old PC. It gives you a signed deactivation code. Send it to me and I will issue a key for the new one. Deleting the app does not release the key: the code is the only way, and that is what stops someone else using your licence.

Free, paid, and how the keys work

Some of it is free and some of it is not. Vault X is free on the Microsoft Store. JerseyFactory-DTF is a paid licence and Jersey Factory Pro is a subscription, because factories run their production on them and that work deserves paying for.

The paid products have no licence server. Your key is signed with a private key that never leaves my machine and is bound to your hardware, so the app can check it offline and forever. Nothing phones anywhere, nothing expires because a server went away, and if a product ever changes price it will not change underneath a version you already installed.
